  TeleTone Smart Call service is an alternate postpaid telephony charges service that offers discounted rate for mobile, STD (outstation) and IDD (international) calls, made via you existing PSTN telephone lines.

Direct Access via PSTN network, therefore 100% PSTN voice quality with no echo, delay or interrupted services.
Do not require installation of auto dialers or any other gadgets.
Faster connection via direct dialling with no PIN numbers and passwords required.
High successful call ratio.
100% Caller Line Identification (CLI). No more "Private Number", "Call" or dummy numbers appearing on calls received by mobile phones.
No "hidden cost" in terms of access charges (on local call) therefore better savings.
100% fax support, without having problems of incomplete fax, frequent line cut off, blank pages and etc.
No leakage problems associated with malfunctions of auto-dialers and/or gateway congestions.

3. How much savings do I get by subscribing to TeleTone Smart Call service?
 
STD (Band A, B, C and D) calls are charged at RM0.18 per minute only.
IDD (International) calls are as low as RM0.20 per minute only.
Mobile calls are charged at RM0.19 per minute only.

5. How long does it take to activate TeleTone Smart Call services and will my current services be disrupted?
 
There is absolutely no installation required for this point-to-point discounted call charges service and your current services will not be disrupted either.
Upon approval of your application, you will receive a notification letter from Telekom Malaysia on activation of lines.

6. How am I billed for the usage of TeleTone Smart Call service?
  Telekom Malaysia will bill you for all call usage at a discounted rate mentioned, inclusive of lines rental and local call charges.
